Our a Hotel is situated in the heart of Poland, in the almost 200-year-old health resort of Ciechocinek. The climate and the graduation towers in this town create a natural inhalatorium. Its wondrous micro-climate and properties make it an ideal place for sickness- and wellness-related stays.
We take pride in accurate diagnoses, use of appropriate procedures, the effectiveness of our therapies, good board and accommodation, and, in particular, our clients' satisfaction.
The size of our Spa Hotel was limited on purpose to create a homey atmosphere and prevent a feeling of anonymity. Our medical facilities match the wide range of medical procedures on offer.

"Krystynka" Spa Hotel can accommodate 120 people all year round (in any season).
In a five story building, which has an elevator, there are 63 rooms (single and double rooms, studios and suites). Ten of them can accommodate the handicapped.

All the rooms have a full bathroom and a balcony. To make one's stay pleasant, rooms have been supplied with cable TV, radios, phones, refrigerators, electric kettles, hair-driers, deckchairs, and bathrobes.

We specialize in the treatment of mobility-related disorders, rheumatological disorders, geriatric problems, and laryngological problems (ear, nose and throat). We help people with stroke-related neurological problems, paresis and degenerative problems. We also help in metabolism-related diseases.
Therapy rehabilitates, regenerates and restores one's system. Our spa procedures are powerful stimuli, which, if suitable and applied with a patient's cooperation, guarantee success. As our therapies do not have side effects, it is better to use them to cure chronic problems.
We cooperate with agencies which finance or subsidize therapeutic stays (Regionalne Kasy Chorych and PFRON agencies).
We provide all our therapies in our building.

We ensure services of the highest professional standards. We use all methods of spa treatment (medical treatment, rehabilitation, prevention and education). For instance, all our guests can attend doctors' or nurses' lectures on health-related issues. Each year we widen the range of available procedures.

To increase the effectiveness of our treatment, we apply a number of methods simultaneously. Because the methods complement one another, we achieve better results. A good illustration of this is phototherapy, thermotherapy or cryotherapy followed by kinesitherapy.

All procedures are prescribed by a balneologist-spa specialist. Moreover, there is round- the-clock nursing care.
Our hotel rates include leisure activities and entertainment. These include bonfires, crafts, guest speakers (for instance, poets), trips in a horse-drawn vehicle, and guided tours of Ciechocinek and its environs.

We particularly recommend river boat trips in the summer and sight-seeing in Toruń.

It is possible to rent bikes and go to dances in the evening. Those who would not like to leave the premises can use our green areas to rest or sunbathe.

Our Spa Hotel appears in government registers and is a certified facility for rehabilitation of the handicapped.(for instance, Polish nationals can claim a tax reduction for our services).

Spa stays
For Polish nationals, a doctor writes a recommendation for a spa stay. Such a recommendation is reviewed by Regionalna Kasa Chorych (Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia), which decides on the time and place of a spa stay. According to Polish regulations (Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia in Dzienniku Ustaw) a patient has to cover a percentage of the total cost of food and accommodation.
Rehabilitation stays
Likewise, a doctor writes a recommendation for a rehabilitation stay. A Polish national can ask a Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie or Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej for a subsidy. The date of such a stay can be chosen in telephone contact with our Spa Hotel. On arrival, the difference between the total price and the subsidy has to be covered.
Leisure stays
If you are interested, contact our customer service for a reservation. We request that 30% of the cost of a visit be paid when you make a reservation.

We have a conference room seating 80 people. We can accommodate groups for conferences, staff retreats, etc. We can tailor-make your stay to your needs.
